Ihsaan is an Arabic term meaning "beautification", "perfection" or "excellence" (Arabic: husn, meaning: beauty).
Ihsaan is a matter of taking ones inner faith (iman) and showing it in both deed and action, a sense of social responsibility borne from religious convictions.
Al Ihsaan has been created in 2006 and was registered with the registrar of association to provide free funeral services and relief aid around the island.
